Awareness Tag Order Form

The Down syndrome awareness tag can now be ordered from your tax collector’s office. There is a $31 specialty fee over and above the cost of your tag of which $24 is given to the Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society.

When you order and pay for your Down syndrome awareness tag, you will be given a pink receipt and the decals for your new tag. In 12-14 days you will receive your Down syndrome tag by mail. Law enforcement officials know this is the new procedure to purchase specialty tags. Keep your pink receipt in your vehicle until you have received your new tag.

If you want to order the tag before your renewal date, take your tag to your tax collector’s office to do so.
